
Prepare this delicious recipe for nopal huaraches with 3 different toppings that will make you have a difernt meal. Rich and soft nopales with beans, steak with cheese, pulled pork pibil style and spicy sausage. Leave the regrets aside and prepare this low carb recipe.
NOPAL HUARACHES
Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons lard
- 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
- 2 cups bean, from the pot, with broth
- 1 pinch salt
- 12 nopales
- 1 tablespoon oil, for the huaraches of steak
- 1/4 cups onion, fillet, for the steak huaraches
- 1/2 kilos beef steak, for the huaraches of steak

- 1/2 cups asadero cheese, Grated, for the huaraches of steak

- to taste red sauce, for the huaraches of steak

- 1 cup sausage, for chorizo huaraches
- 1/2 cups potato, cut in cubes, for chorizo huaraches
- 1/4 cups onion, fillet, for chorizo huaraches
- 1 serrano pepper, cut in slices, for chorizo huaraches
- to taste panela cheese, grated, for chorizo huaraches
- to taste sour cream, for chorizo huaraches
- to taste green sauce, of avocado, for the huaraches de chorizo
- 2 cups cochinita pibil, For the cochinita huaraches
- 1 cup onion, pickled, for the cochinita huaraches
- 1 habanero pepper, For the cochinita huaraches
- to taste panela cheese, For the cochinita huaraches
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180° C (350 °F).
For the beans: in a sauce pan, fry the chopped onion in the lard. Add the pre-cooked beans and smash them until they have a purée consistency. Season and cook for 10 minutes.
Heat a comal and grill the nopales. Season and reserve.
For the beef steak huaraches: fry the onion in vegetable oil and add the meat. Season and cook 10 minutes.
Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the chorizo until it is well fried, add the potato reserve.
Spread all the nopales with beans and divide.
For the spicy sausage huaraches: fry the spicy sausage, add the potatoes and season as preferred. Add the spicy sausage and decorate with panela cheese, Mexican crema, sliced onions and green sauce.
Add the meat and decorate with Mexican crema, avocado and oregano.
For the pulled pork pibil style huaraches: add the pulled pork and decorate with red onions and panela cheese.
