RED SNAPPER IN MANGO SAUCE
Ingredients

- 2 cups of mango in cubes
- 190 grams of cream cheese
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1 cup of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup of honey
- 2 tablespoons of mustard
- 1 tablespoon of onion powder
- enough of salt
- enough of black pepper
- 4 red snapper fillets 200 c/u
- 2 tablespoons of butter melted
- 4 teaspoons of dill dry
- 4 teaspoons of yellow lemon
- enough of parsley to decorate
- enough of mango cut into cubes, to decorate
Preparation
To cook this recipe for Huachinango in Mango sauce, begin by liquefying mango with cream cheese, sour cream, chicken broth, honey, mustard, onion powder, salt, pepper.
In a saucepan over medium heat, cook the sauce until it is thick, about 5 minutes.
Varnish the fish with butter and season with dill, salt, pepper and yellow lemon zest.
In a non-stick pan cook the fish and cover to preserve the juices.
Serve the sauce on a plate, place the fish, decorate with mango cubes and parsley.
