Ingredients
1 Portion
- 1 lemon, without seeds
- 1 mango
- 1 branch peppermint
- 1 tablespoon Sugar substitute
- 1/4 tablespoons chilli powder
- enough ice
- 2 ounces white rum
- enough soda drink, of ginger ale, low in calories
- enough peppermint, to decorate
- enough lemon, to decorate
Preparation
Cut the lemon into quarters and chop the mango with a knife.
Place the slices and the mango in a glass with the mint, the sugar substitute, the chili powder and with a mortar press, mix the juices of the fruit with the substitute and release the flavor of the mint.
Add ice and rum, mix well and fill with the low-calorie ginger ale. Decorate with more mint and a slice of lemon. Enjoy
