
MOJITO CUBANO

Ingredients
1 Portion
- 200 milliliters mineral water
- 1 cup ice
- 2 tablespoons sugar, brunette (mascabado) of preference
- 3 leaves peppermint
- 1 lemon
- 2 ounces white rum
Preparation
Place sugar, lemon juice and 3 mint leaves in a tall glass (highball).
With the help of a cocktail spoon, press to release all the flavor of the mint and mix the lemon juice with the sugar.
Add 2 oz of rum approximately, and fill the rest of the glass with mineral water.
Add a lemon twist, and if desired, leave the peel in (previously washed) and press again with the spoon to release all the juice.
