Ingredients
4 Portions
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- to taste black pepper
- enough mineral water
- 2 cups fish, in strips
- 1/4 cups lemon juice
- to taste salt
- enough vegetal oil
- enough hot sauce, To accompany
- potatoes, sautéed, to accompany
Preparation
In a bowl, mix the wheat flour with the baking powder, salt, pepper and mineral water to a medium-thick consistency. Reservation.
Marinate the fish with lemon juice and salt for 10 minutes. Then dip the fish in the flour preparation.
Heat a pot with enough oil and fry the fish for approximately 10 minutes. Serve with potato chips and hot sauce; Accompany with dressings and enjoy.
