LETTUCE AND APPLE SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
4 Portions
- 2 bananas, frozen, in pieces
- 2 apples, disheartened and in pieces
- 2 cups lettuce, trio Eva® cut up
- 1/2 cups almond
- 2 cups yogurt, natural greek
- 1 cup ice
- 4 teaspoons almond, sliced toast, to decorate
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients in the blender until you have a homogeneous mixture.
Serve in a glass and decorate with sliced almonds.
