NAPOLITAN MILANESA

- 500 grams beef milanesa, center of face

- 2 eggs, to bread
- 3 tablespoons milk, to bread

- enough vegetable oil, to fry
- 2 white potatoes, cut into slices
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 200 grams Ham
- 200 grams mozzarella cheese, cool
- 1 tomtato, cut into slices
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- enough thyme, to decorate
Preparation
Bread the Milanesa with the flour and remove the excess. In a bowl beat the egg with milk, salt and pepper. Pass the Milanesa through this mixture and later through the bread crumbs.
Heat a skillet over medium heat with the oil and fry the potatoes until crisp. Remove them and fry the Milanesas until they are cooked. Drain on absorbent paper.
Add tomato sauce over each Milanesa, arrange a slice of ham and mozzarella cheese, finish with the slices of tomato and sprinkle with oregano. Cook the parmigiana again for 5 minutes with the pan covered so that the cheese melts.
On a table serve the Parmigiana with potatoes, accompany with thyme and enjoy.
