HOW TO MAKE RAINBOW TOAST [VEGAN, GLUTEN-FREE]
INGREDIENTS
FOR THE BASE:
- 2 tablespoons vegan cream cheese
FOR HOT PINK CREAM CHEESE:
- 1 teaspoon beet juice, plus more as desired
FOR THE ORANGE CREAM CHEESE:
- 1-inch piece turmeric root, juiced or blended
FOR THE LIGHT GREEN CREAM CHEESE:
- 3 drops chlorophyll
FOR THE LIGHT BLUE CREAM CHEESE:
- 1/4 teaspoon spirulina
FOR THE PURPLE CREAM CHEESE:
- 1 tablespoon freeze-dried blueberries, smashed into a powder
FOR THE LIGHT PINK CREAM CHEESE:
- 1 tablespoon freeze-dried strawberries or raspberries, smashed into a powder
- A drop of beet juice, to make the color pop (optional)
PREPARATION
- Blend the ingredients for each color with 2 tablespoons of cream cheese. Serve with your favorite toast.
