
This delicious healthy smoothie drink made with Lipton® Black Tea, with frozen mango, a touch of ginger and flaxseed, will make it refreshing and you will not be able to stop drinking it. In addition to being accompanied by whole red fruits you will love it.
MANGO AND GINGER SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
2 Portions
- 1 cup ice
- 1 cup mango, cut into cubes and frozen
- 1 Lipton Black Tea Lemon®
- 1 tablespoon ginger, peeled and in pieces
- 2 tablespoons flaxseed, milled
- 1/4 cups blackberry
- 1/4 cups raspberry
Preparation
Add ice, mango, Lipton Black Lemon Tea, ginger and flaxseed to the blender. Blend perfectly well until smoothie consistency.
Serve in a glass and decorate with blackberry and raspberries.
