Burritos stuffed full of tasty melt in your mouth barbacoa beef, pico de gallo and avocado cilantro lime rice.
ingredients
- 4 burrito sized tortillas, warmed
- 1 pound beef barbacoa, warmed
- 2 cups avocado cilantro lime rice or cilantro lime rice or cilantro lime cauliflower rice
- 1 cup pico de gallo
