This cherry cooling drink is one of our personal favorites. Although the Ayurvedic tradition
typically recommends eating fruit by itself, combining cherry juice with the proteins and good fats found in coconut milk anchors and grounds the blood sugar spike that can result from eating sugar / fruit juice by itself. We recommend enjoying this on a hot day to bring the body into balance.
Cherry Cooling Drink
1 can coconut milk
1 pack frozen fresh cherries
2 Tbsp raw honey
1 pack frozen fresh cherries
2 Tbsp raw honey
