grapes. Coconut oil is one of our favorite smoothie additions. It adds healthy fats which is a good source of energy. It may also help to lower cholesterol. We recommend freezing the grapes overnight to help make the smoothie cold.

INGREDIENTS
2 cups spinach, fresh
1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
1/2 cup water
1/2 cantaloupe, ripe and rind removed
1 cup grapes
2 tbs coconut oil

DIRECTIONS
1. Blend spinach, almond milk and water until smooth.
2. Next add the remaining fruits and blend again.
