The concept behind wrapping ripe, creamy avocado in a sheet of umami nori might not sound like much, but this snack will change your life — trust us. You can even take it to the next level by adding your favorite seasonings.
AVOCADO NORI SNACKS [VEGAN, GLUTEN-FREE]
INGREDIENTS
- 1 avocado
- 1 large sheet of nori
- Water, as needed
- Red pepper flakes and lime juice, for garnish
PREPARATION
- Cut avocado in half then cut each half into slice. Scoop out slices with a spoon.
- Count avocado slices then cut nori into that amount.
- Dip 1 nori sheet in a bowl of water and wrap it around an avocado slice. You can either dip each end or the whole nori sheet. Sprinkle on garnishes of your choice.
