Cinnamon Apple Smoothie [Vegan]
Ingredients
- 1 apple
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed (optional)
- 1 tablespoon of natural almond butter for an almond twist on the taste (optional)
Preparation
- Core and chop the apple.
- Grind the flaxseeds (a spice mill can work well for this).
- Add all of the ingredients to your blender and combine until smooth and creamy.
