Cantaloupe has an unfair reputation as a fruit salad filler, it’s the melon we push around on our plates, preferring to stick our forks in blueberries and kiwi. Instead of casting cantaloupe off to the side, we gave it the starring role in a refreshing summer smoothie. Naturally sweet and ultra-hydrating, we’re going to be sipping this cantaloupe smoothie all season long.
CANTALOUPE SMOOTHIE WITH FRESH MINT
Ingredients:
1 cup cantaloupe
¼ cup coconut water
½ small peach, sliced
5 to 7 fresh mint leaves
3 Tbsp. hemp seeds
1 tsp. fresh ginger, grated
1 scoop vanilla Daily Shake
Ice cubes
Instructions:
Step 1: Slice the cantaloupe in half and scrape out the seeds. Use a spoon to scoop the fruit into a measuring cup.

Step 2: Add the coconut water, cantaloupe, peach, mint, hemp seeds, ginger, and ice cubes to a blender. If you want to preserve the color of the smoothie, you can always leave the mint leaves out and use as a garnish instead.

Step 3: Blend on high for 30 seconds, or until smooth.

Step 4: Pour the smoothie into a glass and garnish with fresh mint and hemp seeds.
