Although traditionally chimichurri is used as a meat accompaniment, as this recipe proves, it also tastes wonderful as pasta sauce! In this recipe, angel hair is cooked, tossed with the chimichurri, and then topped with red pepper flakes, parsley, cilantro, and fresh basil.
