"The womb energy centre is the core of who we are as women.
Although we have been taught that our centre of being lies in the mind, this is not true for women. Our centre of being lies within the womb centre. 
 
The cycle of our womb effects all aspects of our being – it affects the way we think and perceive the world and ourselves, it affects the way we feel, it affects our creativity, our sexuality and our spirituality. There is nothing that is not affected or touched by the energies of our womb centre. This is also true even if we are post-menopausal, as it is the changes in our womb centre that create the amazing deepening of awareness and vision that unfolds in our lives in this ultimate stage of female development and growth. The womb centre is equally important for other women without a cycle or women without a womb because it holds the energies that empower our lives.

If we take our sense of being down to the womb centre, the mind becomes secondary, something that we use as a tool. Our heart and emotions become a way for us to communicate between womb and mind. And it is through our feelings that we know whether we are in alignment with our soul and our highest, best, most authentic version of our female self.

The womb energy centre is also a gateway between the physical and the spiritual worlds. As our cycles ebb and flow, so too does our perception of the spiritual, and we experience a changing relationship with the Divine.
