Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup (360 g) – pure coconut water (no added sugars)
- 1 cup (240 g) – macadamia milk unsweetened (or preferred plant-based milk)
- 1 cup (30 g) – fresh org baby spinach
- 3 – fresh pears
- 1/4 cup (5 g) – fresh org arugula (optional)
- 1/8 (18.6 g) cup – whole flax seeds (or ground flax seeds)
- 1 tablespoon (15 g) – fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 inch/ half an inch – fresh ginger root (peeled and chopped) *add more if desired
Preparation
- Clean and cut pears in half – remove seeds. Rinse spinach and arugula, and peel ginger root.
- Place all ingredients into a large mixer container, and mix on high until smooth – up to one minute and a half.
