Croquette Sandwich

In Japan, bakeries and sandwich shops also sell croquette sandwiches and they are
quite popular.

Ingredients

• Dinner rolls (Butter Rolls in Japanese)
• Japanese Mayonnaise
• Baked Korooke (Baked Croquette recipe and Mom's Korokke recipe)
• Tonkatsu Sauce
• Butter lettuce, rinsed and drained completely
  

Instructions

1. With a knife, make a slit on the top of dinner rolls.
   
2. Spread the Japanese mayo between the slits.
   
3. If the croquette is too big for the dinner rolls, cut in half.
   
4. Place the butter lettuce in the slits.
   
5. Place the croquette in between and put the tonkatsu sauce on top. Serve immediately.
